How to Add a New Clinician or Team Member

Adding a new clinician or team member to MediQo is simple and ensures your team can begin using the platform immediately.

Step 1: Confirm PMS Access

Before inviting a new user, ensure they have already been added to Best Practice or your Practice Management System (PMS). MediQo synchronises with your clinical system, so PMS access must be set up first.

Step 2: Log in to MediQo

Sign in to your MediQo account.

Step 3: Navigate to Teams

From the left-hand menu, click Teams. You will see a list of practitioners.

  • Users who are active will display a “Joined” tag.

Users who have not yet activated their account will display Access Pending.

Step 4: Invite the User

To invite a user marked as Access Pending, click the invite icon on their profile card.

Complete the required details, including:


  • Email address

  • Specialty

  • Working hours

Then click Send Invitation.

Step 5: User Activation

An invitation email will be sent to the clinician. They must accept the invitation and complete their account setup to gain access.


Once completed, their status will update to Joined.
