MediQo’s AI Document Filler allows you to automatically populate common clinical PDF forms using patient details and consultation data, eliminating repetitive manual typing and saving valuable clinical time.
The MediQo Forms Library includes commonly used:
WorkCover forms
Insurance documentation
Clinical report templates
Standard medical PDFs
Other sector-specific documentation
Each form can be automatically prefilled using relevant patient information and structured outputs from your consultation.
Step 1: Open the Forms Library
From the menu on the left-hand side of your screen, click Forms.
You will see the MediQo Forms Library.
Step 2: Select Your Form
Click on the form you need from the library.
Once opened, MediQo will automatically:
Populate patient demographics
Insert relevant consultation summaries
Fill clinical details where applicable
Add key information generated during your consult. There is no need to manually retype patient or client information.
Step 3: Review and Edit
If you need to adjust any information:
Click directly into the relevant field
Edit the content as required
Add or remove details before finalising. You remain fully in control of all documentation.
Step 4: Download or Save
Once completed, you can:
Download the PDF
Print the form
Save it to your computer
Add it to your PMS or clinical software
