New Feature: Aged Care Shift Handover Notes

How it works
We've just released a new feature that automatically generates structured shift handover notes, helping care teams communicate more effectively while reducing documentation burden.
This feature has been rolled out across the MediQo Aged Care Platform and is available to all aged care customers.
Staff can dictate, type or upload information throughout their shift in more than 140 languages, and MediQo automatically converts it into a clear, structured handover summary.
The handover can be reviewed and edited before being shared with incoming staff, ensuring continuity of care and reducing the risk of important information being missed.
Instead of spending valuable time manually compiling shift summaries, staff can focus on resident care while MediQo assists with documentation.
The result is faster handovers, improved communication between teams and more time available for direct resident support.
