Enable Mediqo Integration
Log in to Best Practice.
Go to Setup → Configuration → Database → Setup Third Party Integrations. Tick Mediqo Health (via Halo Connect) and click Save.
Provide Site ID
In BP, navigate to Help → About BP Premier.
Note the Site ID and email Site ID directly to our secure mediqo.health email address
Create Mediqo User Account
In BP, create a new user account named Mediqo AI Reception.
Assign a secure password. Set the role as Reception.

Can the Cliniko-MediQo integration support multi-site practices?
Yes. The system scales across multiple locations, allowing unified or site-specific configurations while syncing seamlessly into Cliniko across all sites.
What if bookings or documentation fail to sync?
MediQo handles any connectivity issues automatically by queuing data and retrying until sync is complete. You’ll always have an audit trail and full visibility through our support dashboard.
Do we need a special Cliniko license or version?
