If appointments are not syncing between MediQo and your PMS:
Step 1: Confirm Permissions
Only the Practice Manager can manage integrations on a Work Together plan.
Step 2: Reset the Connection
Navigate to Settings > Integrations.
Disable the PMS connection and then reconnect it.
Step 3: Verify Sync
Allow a few moments for the sync to reinitialise.
