If you are experiencing audio problems during a telehealth consult:

Check the Following:

  • Ensure your microphone is connected and selected correctly

  • Confirm your computer volume is turned up

  • Check your internet signal strength

  • Ensure the consult has not been muted within the MediQo platform


Restarting your browser or refreshing the session may also resolve the issue.
