By default, MediQo does not store audio recordings.
Audio is processed securely and transiently for transcription and documentation purposes only. Persistent storage of audio files is not required for core functionality.
This design choice significantly reduces data risk exposure. Audio recordings contain highly sensitive clinical information and can increase storage liability if retained unnecessarily. By avoiding default audio retention, MediQo minimises the volume of sensitive data held within its infrastructure.
If specific enterprise configurations require alternative arrangements, these can be discussed contractually. However, the standard implementation prioritises minimal data retention consistent with privacy-by-design principles.
