To update AI Receptionist settings:

1. Click AI Receptionist from the left-hand menu.

2. Update your Knowledge Base

3. Modify greeting messages

4. Change the AI receptionist’s name or voice

5. Update the live handover number

   
   

Changes will apply immediately.
