If MediQo is not syncing correctly with your Practice Management System (PMS), the issue can usually be resolved by reconnecting the integration.
Step 1: Check Access Permissions
Only your Practice Manager can manage integrations if you are on a Work Together plan.
Step 2: Disable the Integration
Log in to MediQo.
Navigate to Settings > Integrations.
Disable the current PMS connection.
Step 3: Reconnect
Reconnect the PMS integration following the prompts.
