If a session drops due to low battery or connectivity issues:


  1. Reopen MediQo.

  2. Open the relevant patient appointment.

  3. Rejoin the telehealth consult.


Alternatively, if the consult tab is still open, rejoin from there.

Patients can rejoin using the original SMS link.
